Tomato chopped – 2-3
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese - 1 tbsp
Chili flakes - 1 pinch
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Eggless mayonnaise - 1 tsp
Green chili chopped - 1
Green coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt - as per taste
To make restaurant-like masala pasta, first heat water in a vessel. When the water starts boiling, put the pasta in it. Boil the pasta for 5-6 minutes so that it becomes completely soft. After this, with the help of a sieve, drain all the water from the pasta. After this, pour cold water over the pasta and keep it aside. Now cut tomatoes, onions, green chilies, and ginger into fine pieces.
After chopping all these things, put them in a mixer jar and grind them. After this, take out the prepared paste in a bowl and keep it. Now take a pan and put oil in it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add the prepared paste and fry it. After stirring the paste for 1-2 minutes, add eggless mayonnaise, tomato sauce, cheese, and red chili powder to it and mix. After this add salt as per taste.
After mixing all the ingredients and cooking for some time, add the boiled pasta to it and mix it well with the help of a ladle and coat it with the spices. Now reduce the flame of the gas and cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes. After this turn off the gas. The flavourful masala pasta is ready. Garnish it with green coriander leaves, cheese, and chili flakes, and serve.
